During the SCC project management meeting, Mr. Garni, general manager of SCC, interviews with UBS and BOC international on May 18^th,, 2007. In the interview, Mr. Garni talks about the history of Saudi Cement Company, market and financial situation. When talking of SCC project executed by Sinoma International, Mr.Garni reviews the selective process of the contractor. He considers that Sinoma International is a company with the capability of turnkey contracting in aspects of the design of large-scale cement production line, packaged equipment supply, and engineering construction etc. Sinoma International not only offers a competitive tendering price, but also it has the great capacity to control the project quality. Referring to the project progress, Mr. Garni sees that SCC makes good progress, and Sinoma International could solve the problems during the project execution as soon as possible after the negotiation. Two parts understand each other deeply, and builds the relationship of long-tern development. If SCC has a chance to invest another project, they would like to work with Sinoma International again.
