Notification of Signed Management Contract

Sinoma International has a notification as follows:

 

On behalf of Sinoma International, the Board and board directors avow that there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions in this notification. The Board and directors bear joint and several responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy and the completeness of the notification.

 

On March 5, 2009, Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd (the Company) entered into contract with Cilu Cement Company, a DRC subsidiary of Belgium George Forrest International Group for a generally contracted EPC cement project with capacity of 3,300t/d, which is located in the area of Lukala, DRC. The Contract Price for this cement production line is 137,679,980 USD. The scope of works includes the whole production line from the limestone crushing to cement packing and dispatch with Sinoma International responsible for a series of works such as engineering design, equipment supply, civil construction, equipment installation, commissioning, test on completion, etc. The Contract comes into full force and effect after the Employer notifies the Contractor to issue the Advance Payment Bond. The Time for Completion is 30 months, and the Commencement Date is on the date when the following conditions are met: 1) the receipt of the Advance Payment; 2) completion of the site leveling; 3) and the receipt of the acceptable geotechnical survey by the Company.
