On behalf of Sinoma International, the Board and board directors avow that there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions in this notification. The Board and directors bear joint and several responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy and the completeness of the notification.

 

Recently, Sinoma Suzhou Contraction Co., Ltd, a subsidiary holding company of Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd (the Company), entered into general construction contract and trusted procurement contract with Hanzhong Yaobai Cement Co., Ltd for the first-stage project (2500t/d) of the cement production line with capacity of 500t/d (Hanzhong Project). It also entered into procurement contract with Mianxian Yaobai Cement Co., Ltd for a cement production line with capacity of 2500t/d (Mianxian Project). The plant sites of the two projects are respectively Xiecun Burg, Yangxian County and Mianxian County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi.

 

The capacity of Hanzhong Project is 2500t/d, with the Contract Price as 195,890,500 RMB. The scope of woks is from the receipt of the raw materials and fuels at site to the cement packing with Sinoma responsible for installation of mechanical and electrical equipments, installation of electric and automatic equipments, and the commissioning of the whole system. The scope of supplies for the trusted procurement contract includes the procurement of mechanical equipments, electrical equipments, automatic equipments, water supply and sewage equipments, heating system and communication equipments and fire fighting equipments for the first-stage project. The Contract comes into full force and effect on the date when the Contract is signed and sealed. The time for the general construction is 300 calendar days.

 

The Contract Price for the Mianxian Project is 139,275,300 RMB. The scope of works includes the procurement of mechanical equipments, electrical equipments, automatic equipments, water supply and sewage equipments, heating system and communication equipments for the cement production line with capacity of 2500t/d. The Contract comes into full force and effect on the date when the Contract is signed and sealed.
