Sinoma International has a notification as follows:
On behalf of Sinoma International, the Board and board directors avow that there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions in this notification. The Board and directors bear joint and several responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy and the completeness of the notification.
On March 27, 2009, Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd (the Company), entered into contract with Sephaku Cement Company for a EPC cement production project with capacity of 5100 t/d, which is located in the area 250 km to the west of Pretoria, the capital of South Africa. The Contract Price is 273.7 million USD. The scope of works include the whole production line from the limestone crushing to the cement packing and dispatch with Sinoma International responsible for such a series of works as engineering design, equipment procurement, civil construction, equipment installation, commissioning, tests on completion, etc (excluding inland transportation of imported equipments and materials within South Africa ). The Contract comes into full force and effect on the date when the Company receives the down payment in an amount equal to 1 million USD. The Time for Completion is the date thirty (30) months from the date of receipt of the down payment, with cement produced on the date 27 months from the Effective Date.
The Contract doesn’t come into full force and effect on the date of the contract notification. It is advisable for the investors to consider investment risks.
