Sinoma International has a notification as follows:

 

On behalf of Sinoma International, the Board and board directors avow that there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions in this notification. The Board and directors bear joint and several responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy and the completeness of the notification.

 

On May 29, 2009, Zhejiang Sinoma Engineering Design and Research Institute Co.,Ltd. (Zhejiang Institute), the subsidiary holding company of Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd (the Company) entered into contract with Zhenkang Cement Building Materials Co., Ltd for a cement project, which is located in Xiaoqiaoshui, Nansan Burg, Zhenkang County. This is a generally contracted NDP clinker and cement production line with capacity of 2000t/d, an EPC/Turnkey project. The scope of works includes the whole production line from the delivery of materials at site to cement packing and dispatch, and works outside the plant area such as limestone crushing and conveying and other relevant works. The Contract Price is 325.6 million RMB while the Time for Completion is 12 months (from the date when the contract issuing party or the engineer notifies the commencement of the project to the date when the project is completed). The Contract comes into full force and effect on May 29, 2009 when the two Parties signed and sealed the Contract.
