Notification of signed Management Contract

Sinoma International has a notification as follows:

 

On behalf of Sinoma International, the Board and board directors avow that there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions in this notification. The Board and directors bear joint and several responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy and the completeness of the notification.

 

These days, Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd (Tianjin Institute Co., Ltd), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd (The Company) entered into contract with DONG LAM CEMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY for the engineering, procurement and technical services of a cement project with capacity of 5000t/d, which is located in Hue Province, central Vietnam. The Contract Price is 81.19 million USD plus 9.15 million Euros. The scope of works includes the whole cement production line starting from the limestone crushing to the cement dispatch with Sinoma International responsible for engineering, procurement, commissioning and training, etc. The Contract comes into full force and effect on the date of the Contract signing. The Commencement Date is on the date when 1) our Party issues the Advance Payment Bond and Performance Security; 2) and our Party receives the Advance Payment from the Employer. The Time for Completion is 26 months, with the Commencement Date as the start point. The time for equipment delivery is 20 months, while commissioning and installation superintendence is 6 months.
