On behalf of Sinoma International, the Board and board directors avow that there are no false records, misleading statements or major omissions in this notification. The Board and directors bear joint and several responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy and the completeness of the notification.
On July 28th, 2009, Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd (The Company) entered into contract with Jiangsu Xinning New Building Materials Co., Ltd for a cement project with capacity of 4800t/d, waste heat recovery power plant included. The plant site of this project is located in Xingdian Burg, Pukou District, Nangjing in Jiangsu Province. The scope of works includes the whole NDP cement production line with capacity of 4800t/d, starting from the limestone crushing to the cement dispatch. A pure low-temperature waste heat recovery power generation system with installed capacity of 9 MW is also within the scope of works. This is a generally contracted EPC project with Sinoma International responsible for engineering, procurement, civil construction and erection. The contract price is 585 million RMB, and the Time for Completion for the cement plant is 18 months, with the Commencement Date as the start point. The Time for Completion for the power plant is 21 months, starting from the Commencement Date. The Commencement Date itself will be discussed and agreed by the Employer’s Representative and the Contractor after the project commencement conditions are met. The Contract comes into full force and effect on the date of the Contract signing.
