Sinoma International has been working to enhance and promote the NSP cement technology and lead the development direction of China's cement industry technology. Early at the beginning of 1980s, Sinoma International successful develops and designs China's first 2000 tpd kiln-outside precalciner dry-process cement production line. Since then, the company has committed to the innovation of NSP cement production technology, research and development, upgrading and promotion, and applying the new technologies and new ideas to cement design of the project combined with engineering practice.

Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute, Sinoma International Nanjing Cement Industry Design and Research Institute and Chengdu Building Material Design and Research Institute is three industry's oldest and reputable national Class A design and research institute.

For the technical platform of three design and research institutes, Sinoma International designs a total of nearly 500 cement production lines of 2000TPD to 10000TPD in these five years ( over 200 production lines of 5000 t / d to 10000 t / d) and  the domestic market share is more than 90%. Lafarge Dujiangyan 3500 t / d production line, Tongling Conch 5000 t / d domestic model line, Tongling Conch 10,000 tons lines, Zongyang Conch 10,000 tons line, Xuzhou Conch 10,000 tons line, Chizhou Conch 8000t / d production line, Taiwan Cement Yingde 2 × 6000t / d production lines, and Guangzhou Heidelberg 6000t / d production line etc.are a large number of key projects designed by Sinoma International.

During the engineering design process, Sinoma International consistently carries out advanced, reliable and energy-saving, environmental protection and lower investment principles and actively uses the new technology and equipment. During the design process, the company has its own ideas in the aspect of the relationships of optimization and amplification, application and abandons, personality and common, non-standard and standard and strictly control and development. Aiming at the owner’s individual requirement in the different environment, Sinoma International breaks the traditional practices in engineering design and provides different personalized designs for different projects.
