Sinoma Int.(Hong Kong), wholly –owned subsidiary of Sinoma Int., acquired Indian LNVT Company through share acquisition and capital expansion. Spending 1.3 billion Rupee (150 million RMB), Sinoma Int.(Hong Kong) becomes the largest shareholder of LNVT (holding 68% shares), leaving the remaining 32% equally split between V.C.Rao and LVT company (Both are original shareholders of LNVT). The newly founded joint-venture is officially one member company of Sinoma Int.
