On November 21st 2013, Vietnam VISSA 3,000t/d clinker production line, contracted by Sinoma Int. (Nanjing) on EPC basis, was started up successfully. General manager of VISSA Group, general manager of VISSA Cement Company attended the start-up ceremony. From Sinoma Int. side, vice chief engineer of Sinoma and project manager, respectively Mr. Yan Shanglai and Mr. Zhang Yinhu also attended the ceremony.

The startup will usher in the following handover works in full swing.
