Over 250 persons from various sides attended the ceremony, including Turkish government ministers, provincial and municipal officials of SIVAS province, board member of VOTORANTIM Group Mr. Fabio, CEO of VC Global Mr. Walter, CEO of VC Asia & Africa Company; from TCDRI side, Chairman Mr. He Xiaolong, Director of Project Management Dept. Mr. Zhao Zhuoyue, Director of International Marketing Dept. Mr. Sun Haiquan; sub-contractors, sub-suppliers, media journalists, among others.

In the ceremony, various parties gave full affirmation towards the great achievement been made, expressed gratitude to all the participants for their significant efforts, and made complete positive comments on project management, design and procurement, site construction and production & operation.

Chairman Mr. He Xiaolong had a meeting with Mr. Walter, CEO of VC Global, Mr. Erik, CEO of VC Asia & Africa, Mr. Joe Horton, the Project Manager prior to the ceremony. The parties jointly reviewed the cooperation history between TCDRI and VC Group in the hope of maintaining and strengthening hand in hand the amicable collaboration relationship which was not easily forged in subsequent projects. In addition, the parties also discussed future cooperation.
