In earlier days, Sinoma International (Nanjing) Senegal project was awarded with FAC issued by the Owner.

Senegal project is a 3000tpd clinker and cement production line. The project formally commenced construction in the early June 2010. In the early stage, long-term shutdown occurred due to land dispute between the Owner and government as well as power supply deferment; afterwards, through the efforts of various parties, adverse factors such as harsh environment, volatile government policies, undesirable geological conditions have been conquered and solved. The project was successfully ignited on November 18, 2014, started clinker production on November 25, and delivered bag cement on December 18.

The attainment of Senegal project FAC certificate is another significant achievement between Sinoma and Dangote Group, also lays a solid foundation for applying FAC of other Dangote projects.
