In earlier days, winner list for 2018 China’s construction and engineering Luban Prize (overseas projects) was revealed with 31 projects awarded, and Indonesia BAYAH 10000t/d clinker and cement production line project contracted by Sinoma Intl. was also enlisted.
Indonesia BAYAH 1000t/d clinker and cement production line project is located in Bayah, Lebak, Banten, Indonesia, and is invested by PT. Cemindo Gemilang affiliated with GAMA Group, with site construction taken up by Sinoma (Suzhou) Construction Co., Ltd. under Sinoma Intl.. The project is the first clinker and cement production line in Indonesia with largest capacity in single line, which is most completely equipped in auxiliary facilities and most advanced in production process. The line is also a 10000t/d one which is most economical in investment, shortest in construction term, and most reliable in operation in Indonesia.
Based on multiple years’ experiences of implementing EPC projects in overseas market, our company has carried out a scientific arrangement and management over implementation and overcame an array of difficulties and obstacles, thus, completed site construction and realized ignition 2 months ahead of schedule. PAC and FAC were obtained successively. At present, the capacity of the production line averages over 11000t/d, exhibiting reliable engineering quality and stable system operation.
